How it works, from first email to paid charter
With CharterDesk a charter goes like this: an enquiry email arrives and opens as a deal; the agents shortlist yachts and draft the availability emails; you send a proposal page; the client taps the yacht they like; Deal desk follows the contract to both signatures; and Finance sets the payments and matches them as they arrive. You read and send every step.
09:02 · The enquiry arrives
Hannah writes to your Gmail: four adults and two children, a sailing catamaran in the Grenadines, a week from 14 February, around €35,000. Inbound opens it as a deal with all of that filled in, and drafts a reply.
Inbound09:05 · The yachts are asked
Researcher shortlists three catamarans from your book that fit, priced all in, and drafts the availability email to each central agent. You read them and press send.
Researcher11:40 · The answers come in
Two central agents reply: one free, one on option. Researcher reads the replies and marks each yacht on the deal.
Researcher12:10 · The proposal goes out
Writer lays out the two free yachts on one page in your colours, with the photos and the all-in price, and drafts the email with the link. You change a line and send it.
WriterThat evening · The client chooses
Hannah opens the page on her phone and taps “I like this one” on the second yacht. You see it on the deal the next morning, at the top of Waiting on you.
WriterThe next week · Terms and contract
Deal desk keeps the counteroffer, then lists every step of the contract and ticks each signature as it comes back. It always says whose move it is.
Deal deskAfter signing · The money
Finance sets the deposit, balance and APA from the contract with their due dates, drafts the payment emails for you, and matches each payment when the bank says it arrived.
FinanceBefore the charter · The week planned

One rule all the way through
Nothing in this day was sent by an agent. Every email, page and payment request waited for you to read it and press send.
