About CharterDesk
CharterDesk is a desk for yacht charter brokers with seven AI agents in it. It is run by Kodo Yachts LLC, priced for each office, and has one rule: nothing is sent without you.
What it is
One place for a charter broker’s day: the inbox, clients, yachts, charters, a calculator, proposal pages, itineraries and newsletters, with an agent working in each. The agents read, draft and keep things up to date. You decide and you send.
Who runs it
CharterDesk is run by Kodo Yachts LLC. Jordon, who built it, answers the email at jordon@kodoyachts.com himself, and does the 15-minute looks.
The one rule
Nothing is sent without you. No email, proposal, availability request, contract or payment email leaves CharterDesk until you have read it and pressed send. Your mailbox is read only: nothing there is moved, sent or deleted.
Your office, yours
One broker, one office, its own database on a server in Frankfurt. No other broker sees your clients, and we never sell or share anyone’s data.
