CharterDesk

Writer

Pages your clients open on their phone

Writer is the agent that makes a yacht charter proposal. It builds a page in your logo and colours with the yachts, the photos and the real all-in price, which your client opens on a phone or a computer and taps the yacht they like.

Step by step

  1. It takes the yachts you picked on the deal.
  2. It lays them out on one page: photos, length, guests, cabins, crew, what’s on board and the all-in price.
  3. It drafts the email that carries the link, for you to read and send.
  4. Your client opens the page, taps the one they like or says not for us, and can leave you a note.
  5. You see when they opened it and what they chose, on the deal.

What it never does

It never sends the proposal for you, and never shows a client a price you haven’t seen.

Straight answers

Does it ever send anything for me?
No. Every reply, proposal, availability request and payment email waits on the deal until you read it and press send. That is CharterDesk’s one rule.
Can my client see the proposal on a phone?
Yes. A proposal is a page in your logo and colours that opens on any phone or computer, with no sign-in. They tap the yacht they like and you see it.
